In Chapter 1, I think the entire chapter had significant relevance. This chapter’s basis on measurement taught the reader the ins and outs of measurements. The first tip I want to touch basis with is that over the years measurement has become a important task in every business.  Measurement is more than your average adding and subtracting; it is taking totals, analyzing what those totals mean and using that meaning to enhance your business in any way.  Some feel as if measurement is too difficult, too costly, and only used for major businesses.
